By creating an account or using Svift Intel ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of sviftintel.com and any related subdomains.

Svift Intel is a tax calculation tool designed to help Polish investors who trade on Interactive Brokers (IBKR) calculate their capital gains, apply FIFO lot matching, convert proceeds and costs to PLN using official NBP Table A exchange rates, and generate a summary suitable for use in a PIT-38 tax declaration.

The Service also provides portfolio tracking, stock chart data, dividend tracking, and a PDF export of calculation results.

You retain ownership of all data you upload, including IBKR CSV files and any saved reports. By uploading data, you grant Svift Intel a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you upload. Do not upload files containing sensitive information belonging to third parties without their consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access. Notify us immediately at support@sviftintel.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to: attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; use it for any unlawful purpose; upload malicious files; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data; or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.

The Service is provided "as is" without any guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or continued availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime or data unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Svift Intel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to errors in tax calculations, penalties, or fines assessed by tax authorities.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland, unless otherwise required by applicable EU consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will indicate the date of the last update at the top of this page.

You are solely responsible for verifying all figures with a qualified tax advisor or accountant before submitting any tax declaration. Svift Intel accepts no liability for errors in your tax filing.
